Shipping

All UK orders will be despatched as per your chosen postage selection, for example if you select APC couriers (Our overnight service) your parcel should reach you in 1-2 days, any delays in postage will be identified and details will be available at time of order. You select which shipping service you want and please note most of our delivery services will require a day time address and customer’s may be required to sign for their goods. If a signature is not received our couriers may return parcels to their depot and await contact from the customer (A card will always be left giving instructions). If no customer contact has been made after 2 days the parcel and order will be returned to sender. (Postage charges may still be incurred if there is failure to deliver)

If postage is required to Channel Islands, the Scottish Islands, Scottish Highlands, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Wight and the Isle of Mann, Please contact us separately and we will check availability to despatch as normal courier charges do not cover to these areas

Deliver dates can be chosen by you to suit your schedule or to arrive for special occasions or specific dates – Just let us know when ordering

Postage costs/shipping charges

Postage is charged per weight of an item unless free postage is otherwise stated

Minimum costing is:

£2.64 for weight range 0.00g - 100.00g
£2.95 for weight range 101.00g - 250.00g
£3.44 for weight range 251.00g - 500.00g
£4.01 for weight range 501.00g - 750.00g
£4.58 for weight range 751.00g - 1000.00g

All above details are using Royal Mail Delivery service and will arrive at destination in between 2- 5 days

Parcel Force costing is:

£10.80 for weight range 5000.00g - 6999.99g
£12.90 for weight range 7000.00g - 8999.99g
£15.24 for weight range 9000.00g - 10999.99g

Our overnight service using APC Couriers has weights ranges from:

0.00g - 1000.00g costing £7.80 for next day delivery
1000.00g - 5000.00g costing £9.50 for next day delivery
